My Very First Post! Falke's Lunelle Peacock Thigh High Stockings

Have you ever heard of Falke? They make the stockings above...one of the most gorgeous pairs I have ever seen. Super sheer legs (8 denier nylon/lycra blend, so you'd better have baby soft hands or a pair of hosiery gloves) and fabulously glamorous welts.

Seriously...peacock feathers. How perfect is that? Pure luxury.

Falke has a great reputation for quality and art in their hosiery, so these aren't the kind of stockings you'll throw away after only one wear. Unfortunately, this kind of indulgence doesn't come cheap. You're looking at paying about $54.00 for a pair of these (unless, of course, you happen to find them on sale).

However, if you like stockings, then I believe the Falke Lunelles are worth it. Not only is the turquoise and gold welt like jewelry for your legs, he silicone bands are also super comfortable and don't slip down or dig in. Furthermore, the nylon is incredibly soft and feels like silk going on.

With proper care (hosiery gloves, hosiery wash, plus smooth hands and legs while putting them on), these could conceivably last for years.

Simply put, the Falke Lunelle Stockings make your legs look and feel like a million dollars.

In case you can't tell, I have a mad crush on these stockings. If you love them too, you can purchase at Bare Necessities, Amazon, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's.

What are your thoughts on Falke? Would you wear a pair of peacock welt thigh highs?
